When we introduced Creating the Future 2030 in 2022, it reflected market conditions that were shaped by unusually high post‑Covid demand, elevated prices and strong expectations for sustainable solutions.

Since then, markets have normalized, prices have fallen, and the economic slowdown in Germany has affected our business. These developments have increased pressure on profitability and made it clear that we need a sharper focus on our core business, resilience and capital efficiency.

To adress these challenges, we are accelerating the strategic ambition of being a preferred partner to our customers and making sustainability an asset to our business.

Introducing ReGen to reset, refocus, and regenerate

In spring 2025 we launched ReGen, the most comprehensive transformation programme in our history. ReGen is not a new vision. It is a disciplined programme designed to make our business stronger, simpler and more competitive in a rapidly changing environment. Over the next three years, ReGen will enable us to unlock scale and synergies across the Group, implement best practices, and operate with greater transparency and foresight. We are transforming to futureproof the DLG Group, allowing us to reinvest in digital tools, innovation and new capabilities, ensuring that we are ready for the future.
