Elected by DLG Group's owners and employees, the Board of Representatives is the Group's highest governing authority and represents the interests of both owners and employees within DLG's cooperative ownership model. The Board is responsible for approving the Group's strategy, annual report, and amendments to the articles of association, electing the Board of Directors, and contributing insights to the ongoing development of the business. The Board consists of 72 owner-elected representatives and 11 employee-elected representatives.
