STRATEGIC GOALS

Creating the Future 2030

DLG Group remains committed to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and to reducing CO₂ emissions across scopes 1, 2, and 3. In 2026, we will review and update our SBTi targets to align with the SBTi FLAG guidance. We aim to integrate sustainability into the way we do business by developing solutions that create both environmental and operational value, including regenerative agriculture, plant breeding, and energy optimisation. Supported by strong governance and data-driven decision-making, we work to create positive outcomes for our customers, employees, owners, and the communities connected to our business.

A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY

A focus on safety

Workplace safety is an important focus across DLG Group. We work systematically with safety processes, training, and awareness initiatives to support safe working practices across sites and markets. This includes maintaining procedures for reporting and monitoring occupational accidents and using relevant information to support continuous improvement efforts. DLG Group has increased its focus on workplace safety, including the registration and follow-up of occupational accidents. We have set a goal of reducing the number of accidents by 10% per year. While our long-term ambition is to achieve zero accidents, we recognise that this represents a significant challenge and requires ongoing efforts across the organisation.

We are committed to reducing our own carbon footprint while supporting customers in developing their businesses in more sustainable and resource-efficient ways.
