DLG Group appoints EVP to lead Agriculture Business Group

To deliver on its transformation programme, ReGen, DLG Group is consolidating its agricultural operations into one strong unit to fully leverage the size of the company by establishing one Agriculture Business Group. It will unlock value potential, improve functional excellence, secure the benefits of scale and synergies across the business, and enable investments in more innovation to accelerate growth. Peter Kjær Jensen has been appointed as Executive Vice President (EVP) for the new business group.

Peter Kjær Jensen brings significant leadership experience from a career with several international leadership roles. In his role as CEO of PostNord Danmark & Vice CEO of PostNord Group, he led the organization through a successful transformation, improving results, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

“Peter Kjær Jensen’s extensive leadership experience and proven track record in driving successful transformations will be essential as we bring our agribusinesses together in one strong business group to fully utilize our scale, improve performance and increase value creation. Ahead of Peter and his team lies an important assignment in creating and implementing the change that comes with ReGen. Bringing agribusinesses together for future success

Peter Kjær Jensen started his career as a trainee at Mærsk, which led to an international career in the logistics and shipping industry, where he developed a solid foundation in leadership and gained significant experience in driving transformations. Following his career in Mærsk, he became the CEO of PostNord Denmark in 2016, where he led the transformation of PostNord Danmark into a combined logistics, e-commerce and postal organization.

Stepping into the role on June 4, Peter Kjær Jensen will join DLG Group’s Executive Committee. In his new role, he will lead the integration of DLG Group’s agricultural operations into one unit and play a vital role in delivering the transformation programme, ReGen.
